My time in Italy -- from March 22nd to June 7th -- will be chronicled here, separate from my general LJ. I decided to do this because (1) it'd be nice to have all these experiences together for future recall and (2) for the symbolism involved, since I'll be away from where my general LJ usually takes place.

This LJ will also be an experiment in friends-only, so please add me if you'd like to keep up to date on my times in Italy.

Finally, please know that I do not currently know how often I'll be able to update while in Italy. It may turn out that I really do only have 300 minutes for the whole time I'm there, or I might be able to get regular access somehow. So please do not count on this, although I really hope I have regular internet access.
